Gave 2 stars because in Jan 2025 they did okay work. Fast forward to Oct 13 2025– called scheduled an apt for maintenance/work up with Nathan explained my generator wasn't turning on and since i was 30 weeks pregnant was trying to get ahead of the busy season. He said he wanted to “group me in” with other calls, i totally understood. They were going to try Oct 14-17th but cant promise but definitely the 20th-24th. No one showed up or called so I called Oct 27th, Nathan said the system did not capture anything he wrote down he apologized and scheduled me for Halloween! Did i want halloween no because i already had an ultrasound that day plus kids coming at 5pm but i took the 1pm apt and rushed home from my ultrasound. I had WB Electric install a Generac generator and was impressed with their work and professionalism. I have since hired them to for two more projects--installing an electric vehicle charger and installing a hot tub and again am very happy with their work. I highly recommend WB Electric. The crews have all been pleasant and courteous and I appreciate their attention to detail.

Fantastic company! The crew was amazing. They all work together like clockwork. Each doing their job with precision and accuracy. The installation of the 14kw Generator was complete in one day and very clean. So happy with the work. Didn’t have to wait long to try it out either. It is purring right now with the winds blowing! Spoke with Jen today she was very personable and easy to speak with. My mother needed something done and they came the same day. Chris was the electrician and I highly recommend their services. Will call them again if needed thank thank you again for such excellent service.

My existing 16kw Generac whole house generator died. It ran but wouldn't make electric. It was pretty old (20+ years) so I just wanted to replace the actual outdoor generator (Not the wiring, automatic switch, etc.). I called another electrician who said my entire generator system needed replaced because my existing automatic switch and wiring couldn't be used with a new generator. I didn't believe that because, despite the age, the new ones are almost identical to the old ones and it is pretty much a replacement in kind. His price to do the work was pretty crazy. Received a second opinion from WB Electric and they told me that what the other electrician said isn't true. They ended up installing a new generator for me and they were able to use my existing switch and wiring... works great!
