Josh came out after hours to try and see why our pool temperature and spa temperature was not working. He got the part and installed it early in the week. I called them. They called me right back the first time using my filter on a brand new pool. I had winterized it last year by myself, which is basically easy closing a pool, but could not seem to figure out how to turn on what which I thought was a sand filter come to find out it's a cartridge filter. He guided me step-by-step over the phone after sending pictures. I highly recommend them and I was very satisfied with. the service. thank you very much for your service.
