I’m now sharing my experience because I still haven’t gotten a call back from the owner so we had them just cut our grass we weren’t having them weed whack or anything like that because my my husband wanted to do it so they only charged us about 115. I gave the guy 130 just because our grass a little bit taller. First day they came out there was a young guy with them. He went ahead and weed whack anyway just because he said he was not doing anything and he waited, whacked around all my plants specifically around my great bushes and my moon flowers that were next to a building. I wish I could give zero stars, as a beware! My experiences in 2017 and 2018 with this company were pretty bad. The unprofessional behaviors of the whole company, from the owner, to the receptionist, to the lawn sprayers... all guilty of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been waiting for a callback for a service need since May (it's almost September). Violets have been out of control for 2 seasons. Fleas are also out of control. Crabgrass is out of control. These are things they are supposed to fix with their lawn care service. I called to ask for my money back, which was refused. I reminded them of their "satisfaction guaranteed" statement on their website, which they denied. I cancelled my service today 8/22/18 (which thankfully came with a cancellation number 13091

This company and the people employed with them, are the most unprofessional lawn care service I've ever encountered. They have been asked multiple times to cut the grass away from the vehicles. Which to me is common courtesy. I've tried multiple times to contact the own to discuss this ongoing problem which has done me no good. I'll now be replacing the second window on my wife's car due to the lack of common sense and negligence on this company's part. Not to mention all the dents from the rocks peppering off the side of the vehicle and chipping the paint. If you're considering using this company, I'd recommend considering not to. I'll be in contact with the Better Business Bureau, to make sure no one else goes through what my wife and I have.

(edited 12/12/18; see below) Original review: Extremely poor customer service. 3/20/17 - My mother called to hire them to mow (every 2 weeks for the season) as a "gift" for me. She told them to be sure to call me before coming to my house. 3/21/17 - Early morning, doorbell woke me (they never called me); the employee was here to do the estimate. He assured me he would confirm the details with my mother. No word from them after that, and they never showed up to mow. I called them on 4/10/17 (Monday) to verify they were still going to mow my yard this summer. I was told they would be out by the end of the week, that they had been delayed by last Friday's "snow" (no accumulation at my house that day, plus the estimate was 3 weeks prior). They did an above average job until mid-2019. Then it took multiple reminder calls to have them come. Overtreated and burned portions of our yard with fall-2020 application and I ended up repairing it myself. Pre-paid for 2021 season, canceled our service after one treatment and was told our balance was $0. Received no refund despite numerous requests.
