I worked with Lera throughout the planning process and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and incredibly responsive the entire time. She followed up consistently but never in a pushy way—just thoughtful, gentle reminders when certain steps were due. Honestly, Lera herself, along with the local nature of the company and the fair pricing, were the main reasons I chose Move & Care. They weren’t the cheapes

They are so careful and took care of my piano very well! They put things down to the floor gently. I can really see the care they put into their work. Overall, would highly recommend these guys for professional moving. If I can give more than 5 stars I would 👍👍👍
