Over this weekend, I engaged the Move and Improve services for the fourth time for my move to Boston. I have the best experience for all my moves with Alex and his crew. I moved 4 times in the last 7 years and I knew that the move will be smoothly handled by them. All my furniture and decorative items are very expensive including a large mirror (8 ft x 6 ft), a 85 inch TV, a 250 lbs media table, a 10 ft (170 lbs) sofa, a heavy king bed frame etc Not only these items were delivered without a single scratch, they were also placed in factotum where I wanted in my new condominium. Not to mention the place I was vacating was on the top 3rd floor with no elevator and my new place was on the top 3rd floor with most of the stuff to be kept in the 4th floor attic. Relocating with Move and Improve was absolutely seamless. The communication was excellent throughout. I initially had to reschedule and they accommodated without hesitation. The quote we received was consistent with the final price. The team was prompt, professional, and very efficient. We will certainly use Move and Improve again in the future.

Definitely recommend. Timing was great and the work was efficient. They assembled furniture that we had ordered that hadn't been opened yet and disassembled and reassembled our beds and other big furniture. Everything was handled with care and nothing broke. Not too pricey and super easy to work with.

Highly recommend. Not only was the price good but the team was great. Would use again and already recommended to a friend who is moving. I was living in a space with steep stairs and moved into a spot with tight entrances. The team was efficient and all my belongings ended up in my new spot in one piece. They were also awesome with placing things how we wanted them.
