This company is terrible! Jay Ortiz started professional and was on top of when it came to calling and collecting payment. Once it came to delivering my items it all went downhill. The truck was loaded very carelessly, there was water damage on several items. The mover assigned came alone to unload a 3 bedroom house. He then decided to yell and use profanity towards my mother and walked off the job. Despised him leaving the job unfinished, I provided full payment via wire transfer, 3wks later they charged $1680 to my credit card without authorization. I’ve been dealing with them since October, my messages are ignored, phone calls unanswered. I’ve provided proof of the wire transfer 4 times, via email and text. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ironically my previous review was removed despite the 5 Star reviews coming from profiles with no followers, headless profile pics, and fictitious names. I hired Move Central to assist me with a local move only 12 miles apart. They quoted me around 1024 only to charge me close to double. They took 12-14 hours to move a one bedroom studio that I had all of the stuff with the exception of a few furniture items downstairs and ready to load up within feet of their truck. After the first part of the Move I contacted and spoke with Angel expressing concern and when my items were taken to the new residents watched as the movers intentionally vandalized my items, throwing them off the truck, dragging them on pavement, among many other things in retaliation. We recently moved using this company. I hired them based on the positive reviews I saw on here. We were disappointed. This company charges by the hour, including drive time to your house. They called saying they were a half hour away, but showed up over an hour after that. I asked the company what happened and there was no explanation, but we were billed for the time. The movers were highly incompetent. Within the first hour they broke our dresser because this one guy was dragging it across our floor and a leg snapped. They compensated us $90 for the dresser. They did not ask us and began wrapping everything in plastic. They did not mention that they charge extra for this. This also added over an hour to the move time, which costs $210 an hour. They were very rough with our things and

10/10 experience! We needed help with a long-distance move, and they were amazing. The movers were careful with all our office equipment, and the packing supplies were top-notch. Plus, the assembly service saved us so much time. Will definitely use them again! 😊

Make sure to read the full quote before signing! I made the mistake of not doing this and now we are out a desk we paid $140 and only being refunded $48. I called in to go over their prices, as we were shopping around for the best deal. Not once did they mention the different options if they damaged your property on the phone call. They gave me the basic plan, which is $0.60 per pound will be refunded for the damaged items, if they could not be fixed. This nowhere near covers the cost to replace the items they damaged. Please also be aware they expect your items to be packed a certain way, and if they are not, they will nickel and dime you for the cost of more boxes, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, and blankets.
