The service is as advertised, without hidden fees, $100 per hour, 3-hour minimum (ask for the special rate). I was hesitant in the beginning, as this was cheaper than other choices, but I was not satisfied before with more expensive services either (e.g., $120-150/hour), so I thought I should try them. The scenario: A loved one took a fall on Christmas Eve, and we needed to quickly rearrange their home to make it safer for recovery, including converting a first-floor room into a bedroom. The good: I reached out early the morning after Christmas and spoke directly with the owner, Bruce. He was able to schedule movers later that same day. When the crew arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently to clear space and move several large items, including a bed, between floors. These guys were lifesavers! While moving ourselves from out of state in a U-Haul, we decided to hire some help at our destination in Columbus. The two of them took only an hour to unload all of our furniture and boxes (you need to hire them for a minimum of two hours though I believe) at a very reasonable price considering how much help they were! It would have taken my husband and I hours to do it ourselves, especially since there were stairs involved! It was the best decision we made during a long and exhausting move.
