I contacted several "specialists" about getting a quote for the staining and waterproofing of my rear deck. I received several quotes after I submitted photos and measurements of my rear deck. I was surprised to see that all of the Maryland specialists were licensed, while none of the Delaware specialists were licensed. I decided on one specialist until he expressed that he would NOT be willing to stain and waterproof the gaps of the boards, and he would not stain and waterproof the underside of the deck. This left only three (3) other specialists who were licensed and willing to stain and waterproof the entire deck. The team spent less than five days doing drywall repair, priming and painting the entire second floor of my home. I really appreciated how quickly they came and finished my paint job on my nursery that I started and realized I did not have the skill to complete on my own.
