Steven did a terrific job! He let us know when he was on the way. It was great to have a 1 hour time window instead of having to be home all afternoon. He installed the garbage disposal and we received a senior discount which was an added bonus. Everything is working great. I will definitely call the The Plumber Guys when we need help in the future. Great customer service!

I have used the Plumber Guys in the past and had a very positive experience. So, when I had some leaks and my home warranty company could not provide a plumber they were my go to. I set up an appointment online and Steve showed up on time and was very helpful in recommending solutions to my problems. He provided me an estimate and even helped with getting my home warranty company to cover the cost. They were out the next day and completed all the work in short order with no mess and no fuss. Everything was smooth and easy. I cannot recommend them enough. They're awesome!

I had an exceptional experience with The Plumber Guys replacing my water heater. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and stress-free. Steve, Ron and their colleague were outstanding—they were extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and took the time to ensure the job was done right. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they left the area clean and orderly. Steve even took the time to work on some other unresolved plumbing issues I was having. I contacted The Plumber Guys for a non emergency plumbing issue and was able to get an appointment for the next day with a time frame of expected arrival. On the scheduled day, they experienced a small issue that was causing them to run late. Both the technician, Ron, and the owner Steve, contacted me to explain the situation and update the time window. They still arrived within 30 minutes of the original window. Ron had come prepared with the necessary parts and completed the repair quickly. He was both professional and friendly Steve was also professional and was very appreciative of our business. Excellent service. The Plumber Guys came the next day, figured out where the leak was coming from, replaced the pipe and everything looks even better than before they came. Very kind, professional and reasonably priced. I'll use them for my plumbing needs in the future. Really pleased overall. Highly recommend.
