MP Contract Flooring

Mary Anne is by far the worst sales person I’ve ever dealt with - she tries to do everything in her power to make it easier on herself than her customers. We were forced to use her bc of our builder: never gave us any pricing and coincidentally pointed us to things that were more money than our budget which we didn’t find out until the bill came 2 weeks later. When asked show different price points, she kept saying that wasn’t possible and she didn’t know. Apparently she’s been in sales for 30+ years but doesn’t know pricing. Also is horrendous at matching when that should be her expertise. At the end of the day, she doesn’t care about anything but her commission.

Used MP to do the carpeting in the upstairs of our new house. They were priced fair and did really good work. We are really pleased with the outcome of the carpet. The crew was prompt, professional, clean, and courteous. Highly recommended.

Fraud company, used to be called General Floor. They Sell defective flooring. You get told your special order flooring in coming in 4 weeks. Then they don't return calls. Go there and tell you another four weeks. Nobody cares
