The team has covered just about everything you possibly could on multiple properties with incredible attention to craftsmanship, detail, scale and cost. I’ve worked with them in the past, I work with them now and will continue working with them in the future. You want them on your team.

We have had quite an ordeal working with the city get this project to the finish line. Mariana and her team were great to work with. They answered all our questions, were responsive and I just can't say enough about them and their work. Transparent, timely and managed within our budget. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future projects.

We love how our bathroom turned out! They were able to bring our idea to life. Mariana has excellent communication and Victor was a joy to work with! Whenever we had concerns, they would address it immediately. Overall, we are happy with the quality and price, and would hire them again.

Great experience working with MP General Contractors. Mariana and Victor were fantastic to work with. Their pricing was reasonable, they showed up when they said they would, and the work was done professionally. When a few things needed to be fixed, they acknowledged it and made it right. I would definitely recommend them.

Pros: Communication is excellent. Mariana is responsive and transparent, which is rare based on my experiences with other General Contractors. Cons: The subcontractors' quality of work can be inconsistent and attention to detail is often missing so need to be very specific with feedback during walkthroughs. The key factor: Mariana and Victor owned it every time quality of work was not satisfactory. They don't deflect or make excuses — they get it fixed quickly. That accountability matters a lot when things don't go perfectly (and on any project, something usually doesn't). Bottom line: Not a flawless experience, but will continue to hire them because they are reasonable and trustworthy.
