Terrible pickup. Over crowded very few workers. Find a better garage.

BEWARE!! Avoid this place like the plague. I was told 29 dollars and 10 dollars to charge. When I went to pay, it was 79 dollars and the car wasn’t charged. He won’t return my key card and I had to argue to get the car back. He gave me an number to call the manager and the person in the other end refused to acknowledge that he was the manager. Complete scam and would recommend parking anywhere but here!!

This place is a scam. They will maliciously charge you three times the price and threaten to withhold your car. These people have no morals at all.

DONT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!MP parking on 55th worst experience and horrible customer service! Left my car at 1am and the employee said it would be 30 if I picked up the car by 1pm. When I get there at 12pm the next day Ventura and other employee with glasses and beard charged us 65 dollars! Owner or manager should check who they hire because apparently it’s just scammers and liars!!!

I don't recommend parking here for medical appointments at Columbia, a few blocks away. Columbia stamps your parking ticket to get you a small discount, but the parking lot requires that a supervisor come to approve the discount stamp, which has taken 20-30 mins on both occasions I've parked here (including one time when I had just had surgery and really needed to get home asap). The staff are not able to reach the supervisor to do this because his phone does not get service in the garage. It's a terrible system and just not worth the $8 discount.
