They ran a new gas line through my sewer pipe, causing flooding in my basement. I contacted them, knowing they were doing work in my yard the same day, and they claimed there was no way it was them because they measure before they run pipes. So, I had Roto Rooter look and prove that they did. MPT then "patched" the pipe and not long after, my house flooded again! I contacted them and they again claimed it couldn't be them because they patched it. Once again, I had Roto Rooter out and they proved that their garbage patch job broke. I scheduled Roto to then repair it properly and MPT threatened to not reimburse me for their damages if I don't let them repair it again!
