MPG: Manhattan Parking (Kids Parking Corp)

I will NEVER PARK HERE AGAIN!!!! I prepaid for parking and after scanning my reservation he said I owe $15. I simply asked why and he was so incredibly rude. He shrugged his shoulders and pointed in the air. He asked the kind of vehicle I had and when I said Range rover his response was simple " Thats why". He walked away. He moved every car in the garage very aggressively and even ran a Tesla on the curb. When he retrieved my vehicle I asked if his name was on the receipt he ignored me and walked away so I took a picture of him so I could reference who he was when filing a complaint woth his management. He said I was in private property took a picture of me , my vehicle and plate and told me, a paying customer yo leave orhe would call yhe police. I told him not until I take a picture of t

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK - I made a reservation and paid extra only to be denied entry initially. After they begrudgingly took my car they gave me no ticket and said my online reservation was enough. When I returned at 10:30p (hours before they close) the garage door was closed and locked with the attendant fully asleep inside. Once I got inside the attendant would not give me my car because I only had the online reservation and he refused to believe that the first attendant didn’t give me one. As much as I pleaded he only laughed and mocked me. I ended up needing to call the police to not only get my car but also have him let me out of the garage which was still locked and barricaded. This place should be investigated and shut down.

I don’t normally write negative reviews but I want to spare anyone who may decide to park here. I wasn’t feeling well and it took a little time to get my things from out of the passenger side of the car. I had driven from upstate NY. The parking attendant get into the drivers seat and drove off WHILE I WAS INSIDE THE DOOR TRYING TO GET MY THINGS OUT. I was so upset and after 31 years in NYC have never experienced such a rude, scary situation. I will be filling a formal complaint asap. I almost called the Police to report this man but had to run to work. Please stay away from this garbage and the awful treatment you will get there.

I live in the building around the corner. Constant upcharging, stating there is an oversized vehicle when clearly not on the list of oversized vehicles. Taxes more than allowable by the state, rounding 2 hours to an entire day

The valet was extremely nasty when I arrive. I had to get stuff from my trunk of my car, he was rushing me while no other customer was there. When I came to pick up my car he told me to get the car myself while the car was park in a space with 2 cars are trapped me in. I asked to him to help me to get my car out. He told me you have to wait while there were no other customer.
