MPG: Manhattan Parking (MP 325)

Hard to explain how terrible this garage is. I made a reservation. I show up and it takes about 15-20 minutes for the attendant to emerge from down the elevator. He says they don't have room. I tell him I have a reservation. He keeps just saying "bro, I don't have room" and telling me to go to another garage. Pretty frustrating. So- I decide to chalk it up as a loss and ask him to refund the $80 I paid already. He says he can't. He tells me that I need to call "the people." I ask him who to call. He says he doesn't know and that "he didn't start this company." I ask him if he can go and call his boss or the company to refund/cancel the reservation. He is adamant that he can't do anything.

One of the best parking deals in the area. Though it could take time to put/get the car. Area is clean and staff is friendly.

I paid for/reserved a spot on SpotHero, and when I got there (still early in the morning) they were full and turned me away, told me to get a refund through spothero. I had an important job interview and was relying on having the spot. They need to be more vocal that if you pay for a spot ahead of time, they don't actually RESERVE the spot for you, so it's a total shot in the dark.

Quick and efficient,got some good African brothers doing a wonderful job on my visit.Treat em nice they be nice!

Scam! A man on the street sent us to this location and when we got there they told us parking was free if your going to the Statue of Liberty. Once we returns a man named Diego told us it was $50 we told him we were told parking was free and he laughed like it was all a scam. Do not go here we are trying to get our money back. Diego was rude and a horrible employee that laughed straight to our faces and said $50.
