MPG: Manhattan Parking (MP 400)

Reaching this place was a little confusing as there are two other places with very similar entrances. However, I eventually found my way in. I drove down into the garage, stopped at a mark signed, and gave my key to an attendant there. The attendant gave me a parking ticket, asked when I was returning, I gave him a time, then left. When I returned, I handed over the parking ticket to the attendant, paid the cost, he retrieved my car, then I left. Overall, it was perfectly ordinary experience and it fit my needs exactly. The total price I paid for about eight hours of parking time was $23.

I pre-reserved and paid for a parking spot almost 48 hours in advance. I arrive and they rudely tell me i need to turn around and get out because the garage is full. I tried to explain I already paid and reserved a spot and they told me there’s nothing they can do for me and I need to leave. Not very professional or very nice people. I don’t recommend parking here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely rude and selective on who they let park here. I come here 3 times a week and always get rejected but watch them accept other people with nicer cars or a different skin tone than me.

Extremely rude parking attendant. Asked how much it would cost for two hours. He stared into space for 10 seconds like he didn’t hear me and then angrily said “go check the sign”. It’s one thing not to be helpful - it’s another thing to be nasty. And that’s what this attendant was. If I wasn’t late for my appointment I would’ve pulled my car right out and gone elsewhere.
