MPG: Manhattan Parking (MP 66)

These people HELD MY CAR HOSTAGE FOR 6 DAYS because of a broken elevator. It took them SIX DAYS to get their elevator fixed and the cars out. They said they would reimburse my Uber rides and I have been trying to collect that from them for 2 months now. When this happened, noone called me, no responsible person would return my calls, no idea when I would have my car back. I could not believe it. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

Showed up within an hour but was told to wait while the attendant fetched another person's car. When he got back he charged me for 2 hours, even though he was the one who caused the delay.

Ive been parking here almost weekly for hospital visits. Great attendants and have never had an issue. I like that I don’t have to worry about them damaging my car

Off the charts expensive but no problem with service
