MPG: Manhattan Parking (MP 93)

The daytime employee at this garage is awesome, this guy knows how to treat people and is just generally a great person. Everyone else sucks! I’ve used this garage 2 times. First was a 2 day reservation in 4/22. Second was a 10 day reservation 5/22. Both reservations were fully paid weeks in advance, and I received confirmations as well as reminders all the way up to the day of the reservations. Both times, I arrived in the evening and both times the evening employee refused to let me park. His response to my fully paid reservation was “cancel it”.. After arguing a bit the first time, he finally let me park in the driveway and my truck was moved into the garage the next day. The second time, I arrived at 11:45pm, was again refused entry, but this time was not allowed to park anywhere.

They will destroy your car. Very careless driving by the staff. Every time we use it, there is a new scratch or a dent. Our mirrors are destroyed. The staff must hit every corner while driving the cars.

THIEVES! They stole a duffel bag with personal items valued at over $1500 and a roll of quarters from inside glove compartment. They were smart enough to not steal anything that was in plain sight and I did not realize until it was too late. I will never use this garage ever again and I will shout from the rooftops about how some of their employees are thieves because this is disgusting.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! MPG is know for valet parking but this is by far my worst experience and I’ve parked in over 10 garages in NYC. I was only in New York for a day and I came back to my whole front end being damaged, I did an accident report and reached out to the corporate side about getting the damages fixed. I spoke with someone named Jamal around the time places started shutting down for covid. It has now been months and my car is still damaged. I have sent out estimates and contacted this place OVER AND OVER! Someone else’s car was damaged during this time and I have their info as well. I am now in the progress of getting a lawyer. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL! I ALSO HAD TAKEN PICTURES OF MY CAR BEFORE I DROPPED IT OFF AT THE GARAGE

Straightforward experience. Allow extra time when picking up your vehicle.
