MPG: Manhattan Parking (MP 97)

The attendant smashed the glass roof of my car and admitted fault, providing me with an incident number to file a claim. That was the last positive thing to happen. Jamel Calderon, the claim representative, said they would handle our claim, but they never did. I called her several times but never reached her directly. In response to my voicemails, she emailed me, completely ignoring my questions. I asked numerous times for a rental car and she never arranged that. I asked several times for a supervisor and was ignored. I tried calling to speak with someone else, but all calls go through Jamel. I finally had to submit the claim through my insurance and pay my deductible, plus provide my own transportation. I am not only inconvenienced but have paid out of pocket for their error.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this parking garage. This is my second time parking here, and unfortunately both visits have been negative due to interactions with the “manager”. On both occasions, the “manager” was extremely rude and demonstrated a complete lack of basic customer service skills. It’s disappointing because customer service should be a priority, especially in a business that relies on repeat customers. After two bad experiences, I can confidently say I won’t be returning. Honestly, I would recommend avoiding this place if you value respectful and professional service.

Horrible and intimidating experience. Avoid this garage. I had an extremely unprofessional and stressful experience this morning. I booked and paid in full through SpotHero in advance. When I went to retrieve my car, the attendant demanded additional payment—nearly double what I had already paid and claimed I had not paid at all. When I showed him my receipt, he refused to even look at it and dismissed me. He then intentionally delayed retrieving my car for 45 minutes, during which time he repeatedly yelled at me, saying my car was “causing him extra work” and that he had to move other cars—as if that were my fault. His behavior was intimidating, hostile, and completely unacceptable. I am a physician, and this delay caused me to be late to patient care and critical clinical responsibili

All the worst reviews in here are correct. Worst attitude. Horrible experience. Even if you booked earlier they are always full . I had tip him extra to park there, since I already bought the ticket and i was late . Please dont park here. Have to complain to BBB. If any one has complained to BBB . Plz let me know i will back up that complaint

Avoid at all costs! Reserved a spot in advance through their website. When I got there the attendant yelled at me that they were full and that I had to leave. I asked at least for help with a refund and he just kept yelling at me in his broken english. Over the next week I called and emailed the company probably 10 times to no answer and eventually had to do a chargeback with my credit card company. I learned later from other people that they are among the worst in the city.
