MPG Manhattan Parking (MP Columbus)

Extremely concerning and unsafe experience at this garage. While crossing the entrance with my family—including an infant in a stroller—a maintenance worker operating heavy equipment acknowledged us and then unexpectedly activated a snow brush, covering my baby and me in dirty snow and sludge. The operator did not stop to check on us or offer any assistance. We were forced to seek shelter nearby to clean up and calm our distressed child. This incident reflects a serious lack of safety awareness and training around pedestrian protection, especially involving children. I've reached out to the company multiple times about the incident and they have ignored my emails and calls.

We had an excellence experience here with Ruby, the manager and Jose the parking lot attendant. He was extremely helpful and I highly recommend anybody staying on Central Park South to go to MPG Manhattan parking in Columbus Circle location outstanding service thank you again. Highly recommend recommended.

For anyone looking for parking at 338 W 58th St or 331 W 58th St, New York, NY 10019, here’s an important update: SP+ Parking at this location is temporarily closed, but you can still park here as MPG Parking now manages all parking lots in the area. To make it easier, you can enter from either W 58th St or W 60th St, so don’t get confused if you're using Google Maps to find the entrance. The transition might cause some confusion, but rest assured that parking is still available under MPG Parking’s management. Hope this helps make parking easier for everyone!

I've been a monthly parker here since July 2021 and have no complaints. I text them 30 minutes before I need the car, and when I show up, the car is there, ready to be driven right away without any wait (though granted, I usually use the car outside of rush hours). Returning the car is easy, and since the 7 months that I have been using this garage, there has never been a problem. The staff working there is nice, and it helps to get to know their names. This garage has EV charging too, and the garage prices are very competitive -- much cheaper than I have found researching other parking garages for EVs. I can also call in and ask them to charge my car up (unlimited charging was included in the base price quoted for me). I have access to the car 24/7 on weekends, and on weekdays around 6

Very fast and organized! Great location. However, too pricey charged me $62 for parking under 3 hours!
