MPG: Manhattan Parking (MP West 29)

The parking attendant crashed my car into another car in the parking lot. Parking attendant was very difficult and would not provide proof of his identity and I had to call the police to come resolve it. That being said, the garage manager was very nice and easy to work with, but do not park your car here as they let a brand new employee drive around expensive cars aimlessly and hit cars.

I had a Parkwhiz reservation with them yesterday -12/27/2022-, when I get there a very rude attendant told me he has no space, so I show him the reservation, and he just told me “that’s not my problem, I have no space!!” and walked away… There was another customer there with the same problem, already looking for another parking… Make yourself a favor and don’t use this place, there’s another parking two blocks away on the 10th Ave where the guys are much nicer and fast!!!

Please update your business hours... It's misleading and I have an event to go to today and you're not even open despite what Google says

DO NOT PARK HERE! I parked my highly functioning car here and when I picked it up 2 hours later the gears were stripped. No one looked suprised I couldn't move my car. They all played dumb and told me they were not responsible. .....

Do not park here, you get in won't get your car until next day, hopefully
