MPG: Manhattan Parking (MP53)

I’ve used this garage twice taking my wife to NYU Langone down the street. Both times were easy and straight forward. The attendant David was kind and prompt both times. So far so good, will be heading back there for future appointments 👍🏾

Worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a garage. Never parking here again. The car elevator consistently doesn’t work so you have to wait enormous hours for someone to come and fix it. Place sucks.

I parked the car in this garage to dine at a nearby restaurant. And the driver scratched my car on the pole and he admitted to this. The driver was clueless on what kind of damage report to write. He hands me a payroll paper and tells me to fill it out in the beginning. I had to tell him that he has the wrong form. We were finally able to get the damage report paper from another MPG garage after waiting more than an hour. The manager was no where to be found on a Tuesday. The office was suppose to get back to me for the damage within 5 days. After several calls and emails. I get one sentence that they are "investigating" something that driver already admitted to. It has been almost a month and no call back or emails. DONT PARK AT MPG GARAGE!

I booked the parking here in advance for my dental surgery nearby. When I came, they told me they are full and can't take my car. So I had to find another place asap to not be late for my surgery.
