MPG: Manhattan Parking (Sky Parking Corp.)

This garage is completely just so unprofessional. The parking attendants for one do not speak English or very little. I arrived to park my car for early bird. There was one parking attendant available helping several customers and I waited patiently. I was asked to get in my car and move to let out another vehicle which I completely understood. What upset me is that the parking attendant did not provide me with a ticket and told me that the ticket will be available when I come to pick up the car. My thought is that he felt this was the best solution at the time because of the amount of customers waiting. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle a different parking attendant who didn’t speak fluent English told me that my total was $50. I explained to him that I arrived for early bird and tha

Online it said $25, then it changed to $50. After an insane amount of attitude, we agreed on $30. after getting my family out of the car, I started taking a video of my car because the last parking garage scratched it. The attendee scoffed at me. He didn’t want me taking a video. Naturally, I just packed up the family in the car and left. I don’t trust this guy at all. And he’s one of the rudest attendants I’ve met.

Their sign said $34 for 2 hours and it wasn’t until we asked that the attendant said it would be $65. It seemed like he made it up the price on the spot. When we decided to leave, he told us to just back up the ramp even though there were other cars in the way. He just stood there watching us struggle until we asked for help. The attitude was really off putting.

I paid $108 for two days of parking. I picked up the car 1 hour and 40 minutes late, and they charged me an additional $65. Dishonest.

some tall guy always have bad actitud and treat the cars like shit very bad customer service
