Agree with the recent reviews. The morning person in awesome but the older afternoon person (Miguel) is a complete jerk. Demands tip and says insulting racist comments if your tip isn’t good enough for him. They really need to find someone else for the afternoon.

No stars should be given based on the behavior of your afternoon attendant, the attendant in the morning is so sweet but this gray hair man is as nasty as can be, I came to pick up my car this afternoon and he was condescending and he was so rude and it was uncalled for. You really should not have people working for your company if they have no customer service skills!!!!!!!!

It was pretty impressive how rude the parking attendant was. It’s not easy to be that dismissive, condescending and belligerent all at once, it takes some real effort.

12/11/2023, the car was damaged, in valet parking. Correspondence has been going on for almost 2 years. They do not provide their insurance details. They do not get in touch. Terrible attitude towards customers. Be sure to call the police if they do this to you!!

Subject: Complaint Regarding Parking Afternoon Attendant Behavior Dear Monica and/or MPG Parking Owner, I would like to report an incident that occurred with a parking attendant today, February 25, 2025. Unfortunately, this isn't my first unpleasant encounter with this individual, Miguel (afternoon shift). Since our last interaction on November 18th, when I expressed frustration and accused him of damaging my new lease, it appears he has been holding a grudge. Today, upon seeing me, Miguel made several ignorant and unprofessional remarks, some of which were racially insensitive. He disrupted my phone conversation to dispute an incident from the past, which I had already moved on from. His behavior was rude, obnoxious, and entirely inappropriate. All I intended to do was pay my bill, bu
