MPG Manhattan Parking West 20

We had an excellent experience at this garage! Both attendant were friendly and helpful! I was skeptical based on reviews but so happy I didn’t listen!!

Guy tried to scam us for $15. ONLY wanted to accept cash after we paid already (thru app) we told him to call his boss then and he got us our car and told us it was ok and to leave. do NOT RECOMMEND!!

Steven Almonte one of the worst guys this place has. Refuses to provide an oversized list and telling me to go google it. Been coming here for 1 year with no oversized fees. All of the sudden the new guy decides to charge me for it. Horrible employee who gives attitude and doesn’t do his job.

Great people who work here. Friendly, helpful, trustworthy. The downside is like all NY parking, you will pay a lot. Their website offers discounts if you print them out - must lay with credit card if you use the coupon. The street parking outside is free from 7pm to 8am - otherwise for commercial use. I used to park on the street during the free hours and take advantage of the garages early bird special for the day when the street was commercial vehicles only.

Do NOT park at this garage. They will damage your car and then refuse to fix it. After daily follow ups with the front office they have yet to respond. Filed a complaint to the city and will most likely need to take them to court for the damages Both garages further down the block have friendly people and are more trustworthy than this company
