MPG: Manhattan Parking West 45 Street Corp.

Parked here on 20th , first thing if you have kids don’t park here they don’t value you as a customer. From the time I pulled up the vale started rushing me hurry up boss. I had a 9 month old and a 2 year old to get out of the car and my strollers. Secondly the price I was told $44 for 2 hrs the sign said $38 I stayed about 2.5 hours the cost was $54 which I would not mind paying if the service was not rushed .

I reserved parking online through SpotHero and had a great experience. The staff was professional during both drop-off and pick-up. I was asked to leave my keys, and they noted my pick-up time. The attendant even double-checked my pick-up time, explaining that it usually takes an hour or more to retrieve a car. When I arrived at my scheduled time, my car was ready in just a couple of minutes! This spot is also very close to Times Square. Highly recommended!

Booked directly from their website. Drop off and pick up were super smooth. Only “qualm” was: when we said we would pick up at 11:30pm they told us we needed to be there by 11:20pm latest. But the website says they close at 12 and i had booked until 11:45pm. We got back early so it wasn’t an issue but if I book until 11:45pm, that’s when i expect to be able to pick up until. Not sure what would have happened if we got back after 11:20? But again our experience was very smooth with the QR code booking directly from the their website.

On 2/24 at 9:45p parking attendant claims credit card machine not working and only taking cash or zelle. Claims his Manager not available to resolve. Called police to complain about this scam and holding my car hostage.

I had the exact same experience as others. Had a Spothero reservation, guy told me that there were no spaces available and I would have to call Spothero to get my money back. I began to back out and he says, well maybe I can help you. Total scam.
