Mike and Matt did wonderful work. I had a unique situation. Needed to remove an old through-the-wall AC myself. Had buddy electrician help out to do electrical. Mike worked with me. Great price. Exactly the unit we wanted - placed where we wanted. They got it done in less than a day, all over within a couple weeks of doing the quote. The Mitsubishi 2-zone mini split heat pump system is working better than we would have hoped. Never had the house this cool and dry. It's whisper quiet and lightning quick. Keeps the basement nice and dry too. And first month's bill was 33kWh less than last year - even though it was a degree hotter on average with more sun. He gave me everything for the rebate, and it was in my bank account within 48 hours. What's not to love?

Mike , Matt and Jen are great. They helped through the whole process, coming out and explaining the system getting the quote. Installing again answering any questions I had while performing the install. Helping with all paperwork required for rebates. I would recommend MPG mechanical

I had an older mini-split a/c that had stopped working a couple summers ago. My wife and I finally decided to have it replaced with a Mitsubishi heat-pump mini-split and take advantage of the energy rebates from our local utility. We also decided to add another min-split for our master bedroom. I always go with 3 different vendor quotes for any project, and MPG provided a competitive quote as well as the right “sale story” to go with the Mitsubishi units. I worked with Mike (owner) for the on-site survey, quotes and final decision. Matt is who actually came out and did the overall installation and configuration of the Kumo Cloud wi-fi modules. Mike at MPG replaced my existing central AC and my central heating system with a Mitsubishi ducted mini split’s and I couldn’t be happier. My situation was a little unique because I wanted to use the National Grid heat loan program to install hyper efficient heat pumps to replace my existing Oil burner hydro heating system and get an added bonus new central air. I received 3 quotes from other companies and I was shocked at the range in pricing and the inability for most of them to explain the cost and components they were quoting.  Mike was extremely knowledgeable answered all of my questions and walked me through the install where others didn’t seem to have time. I set up an appointment with MPG Mechanical for a regular A/C service. I stayed home from work the day of the appointment. No show, no call. When I contacted them, they gave me multiple contradictory explanations. I'll spare you the details. Eventually, I was told that they would be coming out later that day. I waited patiently. They no showed, no called me a second time. To this day I have heard nothing else from them. No apology, no attempt to make it right, nothing. I do not recommend this company.
