The crew from Rock’s was friendly, professional, and highly efficient. They not the did the job at hand, but made useful recommendations for additional cutting and trimming while on the job. Those recommendations did not lead to significant cost increase at all; rather they were surprisingly minimal, adding significant value to the overall effort. I will use them again for future work and highly recommend them.

Rocky's need to get it together there is no communication. Called and asked for a quote, someone came out. I hired them, they came to do the job and said they could not do that for that price because they needed a lift. They re-quoted came out a second time, didn't do the work because they never made sure the lift was available for that day, didn't call the other company back just assumed the lift would be there. Had to re-schedule, this is now two days I took off from work to be there and still didn't get job done. When they did finally come they did a good job but we setup to have more tress taken down. They called and setup appointment for a day, they came out, I had one date they said they had another didn't do the work because he didn't feel comfortable without me being there, even t
