MPG Parking

Used this parking for 2.5 years as my permanent parking. Never had an issue once. Very easy to get the car (send a text a little bit before) and drop your car once your are done. I even keep my own key so that when I come get the car I can go to it directly and don’t even need to interact with anybody. It’s very fast.

Worst experience that I ever had in a Parking place. Workers extremely RUDE. Im NOT expecting smiles or even a “hi” or “good afternoon” (i live in NY so I know how this is) but these guys treat people in a miserable way. I was with my toddler and still they didn’t care at all. They will yell, disrespect you. Literally I’ve passed many inconveniences in parking spaces but nothing like this. Go somewhere else if you don’t want them to ruin your energy.

I had really positive experience about this parking, I was afraid to use this parking facility because of the review. It may be just a impression just as visitor. Anyway the reason I'm leaving five star review because it wasn't t bad as I expected. Although, I noticed a tiny dent on my bring new car unsure from where.

The place on India St in Brooklyn accepted my reservation for the evening of 4th July but the police set up block posts around the entrances and wouldn't let us in. Not only did we not park but we also couldn't attend an expensive event nearby, paid upfront, due to lack of street parking. We only reserved the event because we thought we had parking reserved too. Not recommended for holidays/events in the area.

Totally blindsided. My account was deactivated and they won't check to see what's going on. They keep saying that my payments are charging back and I'm being harassed to make payments I've already made. The company's accusations of nonpayment isn't true. They need to do a proper investigation and check their account and see they have the payments. Meanwhile, I'll find another garage.
