MPG Parking: Manhattan Enterprises Inc.

Lied about their pricing and then hiked it up when I came to pick up the car. Don't recommend at all. I saw owners response. That is absolute garbage. When the same person quotes you one price, and then when it comes to charging almost doubles the price "cause the machine decided this and there is nothing I can do" that's called dishonest business practice. Now I plan on reporting to the BBB.

Told me one price, $37.00 for 2 hours. But when I came to pick up my car the price was $67.00. The attendant claimed it was the machine and there was nothing he could do. Even though the sign says the price is $37.00 Stay away unless you don't mind being overcharged. I plan to dispute the charge

Attendant broke the side view mirror of my car. The guy didn’t even care. He had us fill out a report and didn’t return back for 20 minutes. When we went to check, he was eating his dinner and said he forgot about us! Crazy!!! Would give zero stars if I could - skip this one!

Not straight up pricing. Pretended it was one price till it came time to pay and then it was much higher....

SpotHero says that this place closes at 1am on Friday evenings so we went back at 12:15am to pick up the car.... IT WAS CLOSED. My friend had to come stay with me for the night because her car was locked in this lot.. When we went back the following morning, the attendant did not charge us because apparently, this wasn't the first time.. FIX THIS ISSUE. Unfair for customers.. Luckily I was still there and waited for my friend and dropped her to my car - imagine she was left by herself outside of the locked garage. Not fair.
