MPG: Parking (Manhattan Garage Equities)

First time utilizing MPG and it was very disappointing experience. Things started very well, I downloaded the App, made and paid for the reservation. Once I arrived at the parking facility, the attendant who did not speak much English indicated that no more. Parking is full. I told that I made reservation ahead of time and I got a confirmation. How could this have happened? No feedback received with his language barrier, he said cancel. I then showed him my frustration and disapproval. He then said ok, leave it here. Now, that this issue was resolved, when it was time to get the car, he told me to pay additional $10 for the minivan. I explained that I didn't recall being asked about vehicle type when I made the reservation via the App. Unless this was part of bait and switch tactics... O

I booked and prepaid a parking spot at this location. I was refused the entry, being told that the parking was full. Nor was I late to my appointment at the embassy, but they also refused to refund me. I had to take it to my bank to fight the charge. Horrible experience, stay away!!

We had a coupon from their website non expired with the correct address and with a qr code that was scannable. Attendant refused to scan the coupon and charged us 10$ for pulling into the parking lot. DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Couldn't park. Rude staff

Just gave a decent rating because they were polite and informative. They do not take pick up trucks unfortunately.
