MPG Parking: MP 126

I’ve had several bad experiences parking here but my last experience was the worst. First of all, every time I go in here the attendant looks like he hates his life and is not polite at all. Every time I’ve dropped off and picked up my car here, I’m given an attitude. I’ve previously let it go and have parked here again because of convenience but my experience today was just plain terrible. I got into the parking lot early and instead of saying hello, the parking attendant just asked “are you sure you won’t need the car before 3pm?” I thought he meant the lot was closing at 3 so I asked if they were closing early. He then straight up said “I didn’t say that.” I proceeded to tell him, no I won’t need it before 3. Long story short, I ended up having an emergency and needed to get the car soo

DO NOT PARK HERE. They charged me almost double. I paid on the website, which says extra charge for oversized car is $10, I took my car and showed the guy my online receipt and only after they had acknowledged that I had paid and taken my keys did they tell me that it was actually $10/day extra and not a flat $10. They are liars who only wanted to rob me of my money and would only give me back my keys after I had agreed to pay them extra. The Spanish guy even made me pay for an extra reservation online, watched me go through the steps and only after I hit pay is when he had the nerve to immediately tell me that it was in fact the wrong way to do it and that I had to pay them extra from the office and not online. I’m disputing these charges with my credit card company immediately. Websit

Very good parking lot! Reasonable price for SUV and staffs are very kind. Me and my baby have a nice experience here.

They crack my wind sheild in 2 places and they refuse to fix it

Came to get my car no one was in the booth for 40 minutes. When he finally came he laughed saying he had to pee. Poor customer service as well as service never use this company again!!!!
