MPG Parking (MP 144 LLC)

9/08/2025…. This morning I had thee worst customer service and they tried to scam me out of $20. My boss and I parked the cargo van on Saturday and pre-paid. So today I go by myself to retrieve the van and tried to charge me an additional $20. They tried to say oh you didn’t paid the oversized fee. Listen, we paid for CARGO VAN fee! If they didn’t charge whatever fee the time we prepaid THATS ON YOU! But the fee was paid! One I stood my ground and got a man on the phone it was radio silence from them and let me go on about my day! Disrespectful humans!!

It was a easy in and out process. I would easily park there again.

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK at this location or any of MPGs locations in the 5 Boros or Westchester. Your car can or will be stolen from this site. Believe me! The workers know when you leave for the day and arrive back, if you do it own a routine basis. The owners don't care. Trust me!

Extremely bad experience there. The Ad shows $ 11.83 ,Special up to 12 hours. I parked my midsized SUV there for only 13 hours(overnight). I was charged $37.00. It is outrageous. I will never use that fraud service again!!!

Nice customers service. The personal is so nice they go beyond to help you they even Jumpststarted my car without additional charge. The people i found complaining are spoiled brats that wants their car parked at their desired spot
