MPG Parking: MP 2026

Worst Parking Experience! I booked parking at 2026 Westchester Ave because the website and apps clearly stated it was open 24/7. However, when I arrived, the parking attendant told me it closes at 11 PM, not 24 hours. I needed to leave my car until 12:30 AM, so this caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. To make things worse, the night shift attendant was rude and could not communicate in English, which made the situation even more frustrating. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope the listing is updated to reflect the actual hours.

Garage attendant is rude, unprofessional, acts more like a security guard than anything, and swore up and down that I needed to fill out a paper application despite having the receipt emailed to me. Then the maniac had the nerve to tell me that the parking lot isn’t open 24 hours as advertised on both here and the website, which was the dealbreaker for me. I want a full refund now.

Good service not expensive.
