MPG Parking - MP Creston LLC Garage

I had a monthly parking subscription with this parking lot. One of the guys that parked my car hit the bumper. This happened three months ago. I filed a report, was in email communication with Jamel Calderon who is supposed to handle this situation. Jamel takes several days to respond to emails and never answers phone calls. Jamel said they needed two estimates for the car repair. I provided both. Since then Jamel has been silent. It’s been three months of emails ignored, calls ignored, voicemails ignored. I keep asking to speak to a manager and nothing happens. DO NOT PARK HERE. They will damage your car and then ignore you.

This parking lot is the worst parking lot I ever paid for. Damn near $350.00 a month and I’m told I can’t get my car between the hours 12am-6am because it is closed during those hours. Then on top of that they have a cat infestation going on at the bottom level. You do not have a permanent spot. They literally maneuver your car around throughout the day to make other cars fit. The cats scratch and urinate on the cars. I turned on my AC and it smelt like nothing but cat. I asked the parking tenant what they were going to do about the cats. He did not have an answer. To my surprise they literally feed the stray cats in the parking lot therefore it makes sense why they stick around.
