MPG Parking (MP East 9 LLC)

I needed a place to park my car just for one night. I checked every single parking garage’s review and none of them were good. Those reviews concerned me, but I ended up reserving a spot at this place. Parkwhiz says that it’s a self-parking garage, but it’s not. Once you go in, an employee will come out from the office, give you a ticket, and park your car for you. I don’t know the guy’s name but he was really nice. It was a bit expensive but worth it. The only thing I have to complain about is that I reserved a spot almost 1 month in advance, it charged me $70 (it was pending). However, few days later when I checked my reservation, they changed the price to $80. Aside from that, the service was still satisfactory. Definitely recommend. Got great service here! I reserved through Spot Hero and arrived just as the garage was closing (due to a delayed flight) The attendant got us in, no problems. Picking up the car two days later, he had the car waiting for us. Will definitely use this garage again!

We came back to get our car, couldn't find anyone for several minutes but we found our car, window open, key inside, easy to steal, right at the front. $46 for like 2 hours. Don't come here.

DO NOT PARK HERE. We said we would be back in 5 hrs, and we got back in 5 hrs … they had closed the door and did not warn us that they close at midnight. We called the next morning after having to take a $90 Uber home and they said it would be the same price, $60. They then charged us $110 after we had to take another $80 Uber back into the city. The guy that worked there said he didn’t warn us that they would be closing right at 5 hrs because the company makes more money that way. Then said he didn’t tell us because we were girls, so he got distracted. DO NOT PAKR HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DAMAGE YOUR CAR.

Had a good experience parking here today. Quick and uncomplicated drop-off and pick-up. Paid in advance through the MPG website, $20 for three hours. Only subtracting one star because there's only one narrow ramp to get in and out, so you might need to wait for someone to get out before you can get in and have to back out into the street to make space. Would definitely recommend to park here when you're in need of a spot in this area.
