MPG Parking (MP Hub LLC)

I went to use the parking garage for 30 days after the 30 days was up now I belong notified that you have to fill out the application to keep your vehicle there for 30 days. I feel that it should be some type of website or fine print stating that you have to fill out an application or go on the website to keep your vehicle in this parking garage for 30 days or more They tell you this after you come back to pick up your vehicle I think your time is ran down and tells you that you owe double the mouth. This is very poor service. I don’t agree with it and somebody need to look into. This is nowhere this post it saying that you have to Fill out any type of paperwork to keep your vehicle in his garage for a monthly basis

The fort greene location on Ashland Ave is terrible. Kennith is extremely rude and handles his monthly clients in an in appropriate manner. He basically ambushed me and told me I wasn’t aloud to park my rental car in my monthly spot. Instead of calling me he yelled at me in public at 6:30 in the morning and then proceeded to handle a very normal situation in a manor that will make me never spend another dime there again.

Good parkig ia like your own house nobody bothers you you go in and out
