MPG Parking (MP Mad 106)

Parked here to avoid waiting for the valet at the 102nd street garage. Now they installed a new gate system that takes FOREVER to scan the ticket and read the credit card. Waited 15 minutes in line just to exit the garage. Horrible. Not to mention $24, more expensive early bird "deal" than the other local garages.

Im in late stage of my pregnancy and the elevator was not working a couple times, to go up the stairs is torture. I was out of breath, almost felt like i was going to faint. $24/day is damn near robbery but they should offer a discount on days the elevator isnt functioning. Its not safe for elderly or people with child...

I reserved a spot at this garage for four hours at a rate of $21 through Spot Hero. I was an hour late getting my car and they charged me $26 for the extra hour. Outrageous!!!!! Do no use this garage!

Overcharge me for early bird special. I have a jeep and they claim because it’s oversized that they charge extra. Their outside display that shows the early bird says nothing about charging extra for bigger cars . Second the place is self parking and I parked in the same spots as the other “regUlar” size cars so why I do I have to pay extra. They barely speak English so communicating with staff to dispute the charge is hard. DO NOT PARK HERE! Not worth it .

The morning of 07/13/2023 at approx 6:30am the attendant working in the parking garage office was pleasant, kind and attentive. The gentleman working the parking garage on 07/13/2023 at approx 3:30pm when I went to retrieve my car was very rude and unprofessional. It was confusing as to where to pay the cash payments and asking him for assistance was like asking him to remove his arm. He told me he could not take my payment and I had to pay at the machine but just pointed in a direction and walked away! Only getting three stars because the morning attendant was so pleasant.
