Great place if you're in the Broadway area. I suggest you reserve your spot on line a few days before you need it. Customer service was very good, instructions and directions were very clear, and it was overall a very smooth experience, no surprises!

Easy in and out. Used Parkwiz. Perfect location by many theaters. Had to wait a few minutes to drop off the car and pick it up, but it wasn’t long at all. Car was in perfect condition.

I know there are a mix of 5 star and 1 star reviews, but our experience was great. We prebooked using Spothero for a 7 day cruise (it was about $120 cheaper than parking at the cruise terminal and only about a 20 minute walk). We pulled in and the attendant was right there and we gave him the keys and he took our car right away. When we came back from the cruise to pick up the car, the same attendant was there and pulled our car around within a couple minutes and we were on our way. Our experience could not have been smoother. A couple suggestions: print the parking pass in case it's needed, and pay attention to SUV versus a smaller car. I paid 200$ to stay here, specified my car, drove from Florida, buddy says sorry can't take you we can across the street, straight up lied to us since different business owns that one, drove back ,(which obviously isn't easy since it is NYC and I'm not from here) go back buddy says won't honour reservation and no refund. DO NOT GO HERE. Owner should either fire and rehire staff or sell business cause absolutely a joke what's going on there. Do not go here do not pass go do not pay 200$. The customer service is very bad. The person who serves the public is disrespectful, I paid through the Spot Hero app for my parking days in advance because I was going with a large SUV. They made me an additional charge that I understand and I have no problem. But when I got to the parking lot, the employee told me that he didn't care about my reservation, much less that he had paid that extra charge and that if I couldn't make a space, then I was going to lose my money. He was notified that everything had been done in advance and that everything was paid for and how it was possible that I could not park my car. And he said that those charges are to take people for fools and it's our problem to pay them. It is unfortunate that employees treat a customer in this way, and more so a custome
