MPG Pier 57 Parking LLC

Not only did the valet take our car key (as expected), but they also took two parking access cards we had left in the car. While I can understand if they thought the cards might be used to start the vehicle, the issue is that they never returned the cards when we picked up the car — and we weren’t informed they had taken them in the first place. We only realized they were missing after getting home and being unable to open our garage door. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. At the very least, valet staff should inform customers if they remove any items from the vehicle — especially access cards that are essential for daily use. Disappointing and careless service. Would not trust them again.

DO NOT PARK HERE This place is INSANE!!!! When we came to park we waited so long to even speak to someone because the workers were arguing and driving crazy. They allowed a woman to jump in her car and drive it out of the spot herself and she almost hit someone else’s car. The only decent worker is Joel. The workers struggled to park and struggled to take cars and almost dropped one car off the top of the car stacker. Joel was the only sane person who handled the cars like a normal well experienced valet. I will never park here again everyone that came from the comedy show to get their cars was on edge because of how the cars were handled. I only have two stars because of Joel. The African guy is super rude don’t come here

Parked at MP Premiere 57 parking LLC which is down on the 57 pier in New York City very unprofessional they quote you one price $60 for 3 hours and when you get there before your time they adding on money $ 69. I'm leaving this because someone has to know that they have to really be alert when you park your car you need to ask them the amount and time before leaving the garage. And once you bring their mistake to them they are very arrogant the guy is African and very nasty. And then he states that the Spanish Guy cannot speak English. This company needs to look into their employees and how they are treating their customers.

Saw Los Lonely Boys last week. City Winery is fabulous, the burgers are out of this world!!

Listen to the bad reviews and do not park here. I was planning to stay just 1hr and was quoted $32. Came down in an 1hr and 10mins and was told $45!! I asked why and they told me it automatically goes to 2hrs even if you’re a minute passed 1hr?! Disgusting. You think the pier would have a discount for people actually going to things here or something in case stuff runs over but nope. They don’t equip parking staff with any tools to help you either. Find meter parking and walk or find another parking garage. Not only is this one not convenient (you have to go through staff entrances and back hallways to get out that seem super sketchy) it’s unnecessarily expensive. Never again.
