I would rate this company a zero if that Choice was here. Had a new air conditioner installed August 2024 and have had their service people here over 30 times. When we turned the heat on during this cold spell, it would not go on. I called Mr. Air and their service tech came and said he could find nothing wrong. I had an independent company come in today and I was told that the unit was never installed properly ,it never sealed properly, and the UV light was installed incorrectly. There was no shield on the light and the light is full of mold. The insulation inside the air handler is crumbling and falling apart and filled with mold! They supplied me with pictures of all of the above issues.All screws were stripped from the panel from being opened by Mr. Air so many times. The unit was ang

Mr. Air installed my new Lennox A/C yesterday 10-21-25. Appointment was 10am to 11am, the crew were early arriving at 9:30am which was great, they had to use a crane because of my trees and location of the unit. Service techs were A.J. & Renel who were awesome! Friendly, courteous and professional! Great Install, very happy and would refer family, friends and neighbors to Mr. Air! They are the Best....Forget the Rest! You'll be glad you did!!! Bravo Mr Air!

FINALLY our issue with our Pancake Unit is resolved all thanks to Marc. We have had issues with the HVAC Condensate water draining out of the drain pain given the design of our unit in our condo, so it gets clogged quiet often. He provide me with his knowledge and gave me a solution when nobody in 10 years could do so. He was able to install an additional drain line from the other side of the pan so we now can have the proper drainage and he fixed the pitch line to provide proper drainage and discovered a blockage which he fixed as well. We are forever grateful and will recommend Marc from Mr. Air for anyone who is struggling with an over flowing drain pain or leakage from a Pancake unit, which 2 of our buildings have those particular units installed in each condo and I know others have be

Will not recommend. Improper installation which led to water damaged ceiling and wall resulting in mold. Company refused remediation to treat the mold. Ceiling and wall was repaired by customer. The process started in April and ended September 2025. 10/10/25: Mr. Air, your post ignores the mold problem from your faulty AC installation. Despite several attempts to reach you and your office, nothing was resolved. I had to pay a licensed contractor myself to repair the ceiling and wall damage you caused.
