I hired Miguel to come out and spray insulation in our attic and install whirlybird vents on our roof. Everything was fine until we had multiple leaks from the vents, one of them compressing the insulation in the attic and causing water damage on the sheetrock. This was January 30th. He sent someone out to seal the vents and the man who came said miguel had never installed these vents before. It took him another 2 months to come and repair the water damage and paint the ceiling. He used the wrong color so it doesn’t match. He said he would be back to fix it and spray more insulation that was ruined from the leak and it’s now June 10th and he still hasn't come back and sends our calls to voicemail. He was amazing at communicating. Only took two visits for him to look at what needed to be done and install an entire new system inside and outside.
