I’m a new homeowner and had Pawel come out to look at my washer, which hasn’t been working properly. He was super honest and straightforward, explained what was going on clearly and told me that I’d be better off replacing the washer rather than spending a lot of money on repairs. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and friendliness. He didn’t try to upsell me or push an unnecessary fix. It was refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely wanted to help and give realistic advice.

Amazing work done by Pawel. He is so respectful and friendly. He explained everything for me to understand and even spoke w my husband over the phone to go over what needed to be done. We are very pleased.

Our dishwasher wasn’t working and they wanted $650 for a control board and labor. We declined the service as it was more than the entire dishwasher. We paid the $140 service fee. Turns out their diagnosis was wrong. Whirlpool came to fix it and it’s a motor, not the control board so we paid $140 for an incorrect diagnosis and now have to wait longer for it to be fixed as we told Whirlpool we needed a new control board so when the came they didn’t have the correct part. It was a waste of time and money.

The repair man, Osmond Was very professional and knew what was wrong with the clothes dryer within the first two minutes. The replacement part That he got out of the truck did not fit correctly. I told him that it was very important to get the dryer fixed today since I was getting sleep over relatives later on in the afternoon. Osman managed to drill a hole in the dishwasher panel so that this new switch would fit correctly. He made my day. Now I don’t have to explain things to my mother-in-law and father-in-law. Happy customer

My husband & I were very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Appliance. Our repair man tried his best to get parts for a stove that was too old. The parts were unavailable. However, he was able to fix our old refrigerator. Now, it's working as if it were New! You have our appreciation & gratitude
