Jason was wonderful! He was attentive, communicative and was able to diagnose and fix our issue quickly. He also gave us guidance on how to avoid the issue in the future. Mr. Appliance HQ was also easy to work with - they were able to come out a few hours after I called. Highly recommend!

So I will give them the fact that they did get our dishwasher fixed, BUT we have been without a dryer for a week because they continue to tell us that have the wrong part. Now they need to send back another tech to “measure” again even though they’ve had two other repairmen here. One for the initial diagnostics and clearing with our landlord, second, for fixing the dishwasher and then realizing they had the wrong dryer part. Since then, they have told us two other times they had the wrong part. Tried to speak with a supervisor but they’re on lunch. So I call back an hour and a half later but they’re “out again.” Terrible service, do not use. I hear they used to be pretty good.

They were able to get a replacement part for a client that loved her stove but had damage to the top only. The service was good and fast, installation went well and the client was happy with the overall results. I could not have asked for a better turn out.

Communication is the absolute worst. You dont even speak with the company, rather a middle man. Tech, who was great and this review is not about him, came to look at my washer on the 9th, last Tuesday. Ordered parts and indicated it would be a Fri or Mon return to repair. Never received a Communication on when tech would return so Mon morning I called and spoke to the middle man who confirmed part has arrived and would be Tues or Wednesday. Explained I was not available Tuesday afternoon but am available all day Wednesday. Received a voice message that they did not have any availability Tuesday morning so it would be Wednesday. Here we are on Wednesday and I have yet to receive any Communication on when tech will arrive. I call them again to confirm and the middle man says its now going

Jason Brown was fantastic. He was polite, professional, and got the job done in a very timely manner. I'd recommend him and this company to anyone who is in need of repairs. 5/5
