Mr. Appliance of Boulder

We have been using Mr. Appliance for many years and have never been disappointed. Once again, our technician, Dylan, did an excellent job of diagnosing our oven last Friday. The parts came quickly and Dylan was back to repair our oven Tuesday. It was a difficult job as it is an older model double oven but Dylan got it done and our oven is working perfectly. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance for any of your appliance needs. Every service pro that has come out over the years has been knowledgeable, personable, and has done excellent work. Dylan was no different. We would be glad to have him service any appliance at our home at any time in the future if needed.

After an unfortunate experience with another company, I was extremely happy with the service provided by Dylan. He was prompt, personable, and trustworthy with clear attention to detail. I had a unique issue with my dishwasher that he diagnosed, ordered the replacement part, then came back to complete the repair first thing. Most importantly, he worked with me to resolve a challenging issue I had with the drain hose to prevent future problems. He was resourceful and thorough and went above and beyond to get it done right. Highly recommended. The schedulers and office staff I spoke to were also very courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. Five-stars! I will definitely use this company again.

Jessica is amazing. She responded quickly to all my messages, was very friendly and efficient. She got me scheduled with a tech the next day. Lucas was very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly. When the part came in, I had the same exact experience.
