I called here to get help repairing my LG washing machine, Kiley came out the same day to do a diagnostic. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He ended up taking the washer apart same day, finding the minor issue and quickly repairing it. My washing machine is working wonderfully again!! Thank you Kiley- you deserve a raise!

Great experience, was able to schedule quickly (Samsung dryer would not heat). I scheduled over the phone and they even were able to come out sooner than originally scheduled (which was amazing). The technician was prompt and the dryer was fixed within about an hour after the technician showed up since he had the part in his truck. He was very friendly and was happy to have some pet observers while he worked.

Jeffery was right on time, courteous, and very knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part replaced and was finished up within an hour. My oven is baking beautifully again.

I did my research to find an appliance repair service that worked on Kenmore microwaves. I made calls, checked reviews, and ended up with Mr. Appliance. They actually had a real person to answer the phone in their local Cary office--not an Ai answering service in the middle of the day!. The receptionist was gracious, and set me up after I explained the issue. Tyler arrived right on time, was careful in removing the wall/oven combo that had been installed improperly years ago. He checked all parts thoroughly before offering a quote, as well as options and honest feedback. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in providing me with enough good information for me to make my decision moving forward. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.
