Alain was thorough, courteous and professional. He was sooo much more knowledgable than other repair people I have recently worked with. He went above and beyond to accomplish my dryer and refrigerator repair snd the price was very fair.

Angel Gonzalez was very knowledgeable of our repair needed for our GE Profile double wall oven. He even double checked with his boss, during the diagnostic visit, that he was correct about the part needed. His customer service was excellent. Angel checked the operation of the new touch pad to ensure it was in working order before he left! The main office also has good staff working there to ensure your needs are met- Gabby, Mike most recently, and others.

Absolutely amazing service! We had an issue with our dryer, I found them online and within 2 hours, the tech was at my house. AND he was great—so knowledgeable, professional, capable, and kind. One of the most seamless service experiences I’ve ever had! Will be a long term customer.
