Mr. Appliance of Central Texas

I called Mr.Appliance on Thursday afternoon and Jonathan, our technician was here on Friday. He ordered the heating element for our dryer and was back on Tuesday to finish the job. Every person we worked with was polite, friendly, and respectful of our time. Great communication throughout the process.

J&K get their drier fixed, I called these guys because they are a Neighborly company, and I have had no issues with their services. This was no exception, we received fast and cost efficient repairs and the repairman was funny was able to do things we had not identified as needing (the new house outlet is 4 prong and not 3 like we had installed) done.

They were great! He knew exactly what was wrong with the dish washer. He order the part and it came right on time. He came and installed it and it's working great. I definitely call them for my appliances again. Thank you.
