⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Williams Electric did a fantastic job for us! From the first call to the finished work, they were professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. The electrician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. Pricing was fair for the quality of service, and they treated our home with respect. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be using Williams Electric again for any future electrical needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the Waco area.

That kind of customer service is a dying art! I’m happy to support a company that cares about its customers & treats them fairly. He addressed each of my concerns & has more than earned my business back. Pleasantly surprised; happy to recommend! *Please disregard the following: The first time we used Williams Electric, there was maybe 10 minutes of labor involved. It was an easy install that we paid $100+ for. I was satisfied with the service even though the electrician called our builder “sh*tty”. The second time we called Williams out for an optical cable install. The electrician recommended we not install at that time

I recently had Williams Electric out to install recessed lighting in my kitchen, living and dining rooms and to repair some electrical issues. The lights look amazing, the team worked quickly, and they were respectful of my home keeping any messes to a minimum. I would definitely hire them again

These are highly motivated and exceptionally understanding folks to work with. Needed to replace a 25-yr old indoor 200Amp service panel that had disintegrated. Date of service was March 6. Within 24-hrs they had one of their electricians on-site with everything they needed to do the job. Being without heat, they definitely saved my bacon! One visit and everything done correctly the first time! Very clean installation and rock solid. They used email and phone to keep me updated on every step. I will definitely call upon these folks in the future!

I just had Williams Electric replace the breaker panel in my house, not quite an emergency but definitely an urgent situation. They got here super fast, diagnosed the dangerous problem, did a great job, and had very reasonable prices. I highly recommend!!
