Mr. Appliance of Clackamas

This is the 2nd time that we’ve used Mr. Appliance and it has been a good experience both times. The technician Ryan is very capable, respectful of the space and friendly! This time he was able to troubleshoot an issue with our Bosch refrigerator and had it up and running in a short period of time. Hopefully we won’t need their services anytime soon, but if we do, they are the only company we will consider for our repairs hands down!

Mr. Appliance had excellent communication, great price and awesome service. Mike our assigned Tech was on time, great to work with, and very efficient. He even spent extra time explaining what the issue was, the fix and checked out all connections to the machine.

Excellent service, easy to schedule, and super clear communication. Ryan was the tech who showed up, answered all my questions, allowed me to watch and learn how the filter on the washing machine is accessed and cleaned out (didn't even know a small removable filter existed!), and got the machine up and running in less than an hour! Will definitely be calling Mr. Appliance back out next time one of the appliances at the apartment complex needs service. Thanks, Ryan!

Easy experience. Good communication and decent price. My gas oven wasn't fully heating up, and they replaced the needed part the next business day.

We had our refrigerator start making alot of noise and not cooling right. Called Mr Appliance on a Monday and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning for service. Mike arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with it. Did need to order the part and had to came back on Friday to install when it came in. Mike explained and showed me what was not working and the cost upfront before starting with the repairs. Would recommend and use them again if needed.
